3.2涉及压力管道元件部分的制造商应具有特种设备制造许可证（压力管道元件）A级或特种设备生产许可证（压力管道元件）A级；
3.2Manufacturers involved in pressure pipeline components shall have Class A special equipment manufacturing license (pressure pipeline components) or Class A special equipment production license (pressure pipeline components);
3.3投标人不得在“中国执行信息公开网”（http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/）被列为失信被执行人；
3.3Bidders shall not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network" (http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/);
3.4 投标人在“中国裁判文书网”（https://wenshu.court.gov.cn）中查询无行贿记录;
